If they refuses to pay the gratuity amount, which is entitled to it, you can file a claim in the labor court by hiring an advocate, you can whatsapp at +923362418786 for Karachi.
According to Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, employees who have completed at least five years of continuous service with an organization are entitled to receive a gratuity payment and it is calculated based on the employee’s last drawn salary and the number of years of service completed.
