Need to setup my business in usa I’ve purchased a distribution of a Pakistani company name sonex and now want to setup my clients in usa kindly guide me with the procedure

Your sister should file a written complaint with EOBI Head Office and then, if rejected, approach the Labour Court against the employer for failing to register her timely. Courts have held that delay in EOBI registration is the employer’s fault, not the employee’s, so she can still claim her pension based on her actual service record.
