Are the names Ahmed vs Ahmad same under the law of Pakistan

Just like Muhammad vs Mohammad are accepted, does Ahmed vs Ahmad are also accepted legally if there is such spelling variation in the educational or identification documents?

One of my education degree has my middle name spelled as Ahmad while my passport mentioned Ahmed. Is there any legal provision or court order which addresses it.
