Dear Sir,
I worked for a private firm (Hospital) whose total no of staff are more then 300, recently i resigned and got all  NOCs, but they didn’t gave me gratuity, i worked here for last 7 years continue, so please confirm would I be able to claim my Gratuity from HR??
Also, if possible, can you pls share detail of any lawyer in Karachi who can help me in this case.

If they refuses to pay the gratuity amount, which is entitled to it, you can file a claim in the labor court by hiring an advocate, you can whatsapp at +923362418786 for Karachi.

According to Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, employees who have completed at least five years of continuous service with an organization are entitled to receive a gratuity payment and it is calculated based on the employee’s last drawn salary and the number of years of service completed.
