Dear Sir / Madam,
I am wondering to know, is there any grace period for gratuity ? I have been working in a pvt. bank and my gratuity is due on completion of 5 years of working with the bank. if I resigned in 4 years and 10 months and work additionally for 45 days as Notice period. would I be eligible for Gratuity ?
