What is process of filling FIR in Pakistan for fraud while Applicant out of country

I want to know the process how I would file FIR in Pakistan for fraud , its basically some people forge my signature and procure some documents and I want to file FIR. Can if I send Power of Attorney to my relative who file FIR to police station or if directly appoint lawyer by signing there Lawyer appointing papers is that works please guide me in that.
