Asalam o Alaikum,
I have been following your Facebook page for quite a while, I must say it is worth following. I have a question, what stamp duty is payable in case if Gift Deed is made for movable property (Car), and that too without any monetary consideration?

You don’t have to pay the stamp duty for the transfer of a car on the basis of a gift deed through a competent court of jurisdiction.
